This pattern is an adaptation of a design my uncle does as a metal sculpture. It is a great reminder of watching the hummingbirds visits our flowers in the spring and summer.
When choosing the shape of your quilt, consider where it will be used and how it will be hung. Be adventurous; try different color combination, sizes or borders, different embellishments.
